  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re interested in this option, please contact us to get on our international waiting list. You’ll be the first to know when we start shipping our AWC products to your corner of the world!
  • When will I receive my item(s)?
    We do our best to get items to you in a timely manner. Shipping speed is dependent on the carrier, weather conditions, and other factors. We’ll make sure you have the tracking information for your item(s) so you can follow your special AWC products on their journey to your door.
  • What happens if my item arrives damaged?
    We try to make sure this never happens, but if it does, please send us photo proof. We’ll work with you to get the situation resolved. Contact us at info@artwineculture.com.
  • Can I return a product?
    As of now, all AWC sales are final unless there is proof of damage caused by the shipping process.
  • Can I update my order after it's submitted?
    Generally, we are unable to accommodate these requests. Please contact us within 3 hours after your order has been submitted and we may be able to work with you.
  • Where are your items from?
